Delete Account

To request deletion of your Verbalyze account, please send an email to prengzi.redjon@gmail.com with the following information:

The email address associated with your account
A clear statement that you want to delete your account
The reason for deletion (optional but helpful for our service improvement)

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days as required by data protection regulations. In most cases, we aim to complete the process within 72 hours.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Deletion

All your personal data and chat history will be permanently erased from our active systems
Backup data may take up to 90 days to be completely removed from all systems

Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone

This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data including conversation history, preferences, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.
