These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ravn mobile application ("Ravn", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengzi ("developer"). By downloading or using Ravn, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ravn, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Ravn is a local-first, privacy-focused link collection app. It lets you save links from any app, organize them into collections, and browse them offline, without creating an account or relying on cloud services. All data is stored exclusively on your device.

3. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

Ravn is a personal organization tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Any information stored in Ravn is user-supplied content, and we bear no responsibility for how it is interpreted or used.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of the links and content you save in the app.
Maintaining the security of your device, as all data, including your PIN, is stored locally on it.
Understanding that uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in Ravn are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengzi. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the Ravn name or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to Ravn's design. The app stores all data locally on your device, no accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Ravn available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Release updates that modify features or functionality.
Discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

Over-the-air updates may be delivered through Expo Updates to improve the app experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Ravn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or any consequence of relying on saved content.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of external links saved in the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Ravn at any time by uninstalling the app. Since no account exists, there is nothing to cancel or deactivate. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ravn shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
