These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fastual mobile application ("Fastual", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengzi ("developer"). By downloading or using Fastual, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fastual, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Fastual is a minimalist intermittent fasting timer. It tracks your eating and fasting windows, monitors your metabolic state, and notifies you when your fast ends. Fastual is free to use and stores all data locally on your device.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Fastual is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Consulting a healthcare professional before using Fastual or starting any fasting protocol.
The accuracy of the information you enter into the app (fasting schedule, personal details, etc.).
Maintaining the security of your device, as all data is stored locally.
Understanding that uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in Fastual are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengzi. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the Fastual name or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Fastual available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Release updates that modify features or functionality.
Discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Fastual is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or device issues.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the app, including fasting decisions.

9. Termination

You may stop using Fastual at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fastual shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
