These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Daily Bar mobile application ("The Daily Bar", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengzi ("developer"). By downloading or using The Daily Bar, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Daily Bar, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

The Daily Bar is a daily rap lyric analysis app. Every day, it presents one hand-picked rap verse with a full technical breakdown of its rhyme schemes, internal structure, and lyrical architecture. The app is free to use and stores all data locally on your device.

3. User-Generated Content

Verse submissions ("Drop A Bar") are user-generated content. By submitting a verse, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant The Daily Bar a non-exclusive right to use it in the app's daily rotation. We do not claim ownership of submitted verses.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not endorse or verify any user-submitted content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in The Daily Bar, including the daily verse selections and breakdowns produced by the developer, are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengzi. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its editorial content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the The Daily Bar name or branding without written permission.

All submitted verses remain the responsibility of the submitting user.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The Daily Bar does not collect personal data beyond what is needed for app functionality. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep The Daily Bar available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Release updates that modify features or functionality.
Discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Daily Bar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or decisions made based on content within the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using The Daily Bar at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of The Daily Bar shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
