These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Daily Bars mobile application ("Daily Bars", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengzi ("developer"). By downloading or using Daily Bars, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Daily Bars, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age, consistent with the app's 17+ rating on the App Store, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Daily Bars is a daily rap lyric analysis app. Every day, it presents one hand-picked rap verse with a full technical breakdown of its rhyme schemes, internal structure, and lyrical architecture. The app is free to use and local-first: favorites, settings, and viewing history stay on your device. Some features — advertising, optional bar suggestions, and content updates — send limited information to third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Verse submissions ("Suggest a Bar") are user-generated content. By submitting a verse, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant Daily Bars a non-exclusive right to use it in the app's daily rotation. We do not claim ownership of submitted verses.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not endorse or verify any user-submitted content.
The design, code, graphics, and branding of Daily Bars, together with the written breakdowns, rhyme analysis, and the selection and arrangement of verses, are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengzi. You may not:

Song lyrics quoted in Daily Bars are the property of their respective songwriters and publishers. Redjon Prengzi claims no ownership of, and no rights in, any lyrics reproduced in the app or on this website.
Lyrics are quoted for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and education — specifically the rhyme-scheme and technical analysis published alongside each excerpt.
If you hold rights in a work quoted here and would like it removed, email prengzi.redjon@gmail.com with the song title and artist. It will be removed promptly and without dispute.
Your privacy is important to us. Daily Bars collects only the information described in our Privacy Policy: favorites, settings, and viewing history stay on your device, and limited information is transmitted for advertising, optional bar suggestions, and content updates. You may stop using Daily Bars at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device, subject to your device's backup settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Daily Bars shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
