These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Logline mobile application ("Logline", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengzi ("developer"). By downloading or using Logline, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logline, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Logline is a story-first movie discovery app. It surfaces films based on script quality and narrative craft, presenting a daily logline, a one-sentence summary of a film's plot, and matching it with full context and analysis. Logline is free to use and stores all data locally on your device.

3. No Professional Recommendations

Logline is an entertainment and educational tool. It does not provide professional film criticism, financial investment advice, or recommendations of any kind. Film-related content in the app is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of any information you submit to the app.
Maintaining the security of your device, as all data is stored locally.
Understanding that uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in Logline are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengzi. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the Logline name or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Logline does not collect personal data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Logline available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Release updates that modify features or functionality.
Discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Logline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or decisions made based on film information in the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Logline at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Logline shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
