These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleener mobile application ("Cleener", "the app", "we", "our") developed by Redjon Prengi. By downloading or using Cleener, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cleener, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Cleener is a free quit-smoking companion app that helps users track their smoking habits, monitor health recovery, manage cravings, and stay motivated. The app operates in two modes:

Smoker Mode: Tracks the financial and health cost of continued smoking.
Quitter Mode: Tracks recovery progress, money saved, and health milestones after quitting.

Cleener stores all data locally on your device and does not require an account, internet connection, or subscription.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Cleener is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The health milestones, recovery timelines, and statistics presented in the app are based on general medical research and may not reflect your individual health situation.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Cleener is a motivational tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of the information you enter into the app (cigarettes per day, cost, years smoked, etc.).
Maintaining the security of your device, as all data is stored locally.
Understanding that deleting the app or using the "Reset Data" feature will permanently erase your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in Cleener are the intellectual property of Redjon Prengi. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the Cleener name or branding without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Cleener does not collect personal data. For full details on how your information is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Cleener available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Release updates that modify features or functionality.
Discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

Over-the-air updates may be delivered through Expo Updates to improve the app experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Cleener is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or device issues.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Cleener at any time by uninstalling the app. Since no account exists, there is nothing to cancel or deactivate. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cleener shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
